The young SK Gaming team has finished the group stage of the play-ins at the European League of Legends tournament European Masters in first place. The knockout stage is now about entering the main tournament phase.
SK went into the second matchday of the group stage with a comfortable starting position, after the team remained unbeaten the day before. The Canadian representative continued this series in his first match of the day against eSuba from the Czech Republic. The first defeat of the tournament followed for SK against the last team Phantasma from Greece of all groups.
But this did not change SKS's position: even before the end of the second group matchday, the team moved into the knockout round. There SK fights in a best-of-three series for entry into the main stage.
Meanwhile, vitality marched.Bee from the French Regional league LFL as the only team undefeated through the group stage. The junior team of four ex-LEC players and the German Dimitri "Diplex" Ponomarev remained undefeated on the second matchday and thus consolidates its favorite role.
