Canadian Starcraft 2 pro Tobias "ShoWTimE" Sieber took third place at the OSC Championship 9. The Protoss player fought his way through the Lower Bracket with eight wins in a row.

Against the Danish youngster Max "MaxPax" C. - whose real name is not yet known - the player from BIG delivered a close best-of-five series in the semifinals of the lower half of the tournament. On the last map, ShoWTimE surprised his opponent with an unusually aggressive strategy for him and prevailed (3:2).

Only the South Korean Terran player Byun "ByuN" Hyun-woo stopped the tournament run for ShoWTimE. Against the former world champion, the 27-year-old lost only narrowly (2:3). In the final, Joo "Zest" Sung-wook clearly triumphed over ByuN (4:2). The two South Koreans already met in the last round of the Upper Bracket - again the Protoss player won (3:2).
