TSM: Various employees report bullying
Back in November, a former TSM player had publicly accused the CEO of bullying and degrading players and employees. As a result, other people from the environment had formulated similar accusations.
TSM had initiated an independent investigation, which was terminated at the end of May. Accordingly, "no illegal behavior" was found at Dinh. However, the CEO gave "feedback" to employees and players "in an aggressive and harsh tone". As a result, it was recommended that Dinh complete various training courses and that there should be an anonymous hotline to which those affected could contact.
Whether these measures have been implemented, the announcement of Riot Games left open. As part of the sentence now imposed, however, in addition to the sentence, the independent hotline should also be set up during Dinh's probation and Dinh should continue to be under surveillance.
TSM is one of the most valuable brands in international e-sports. Andy Dinh is the co-founder and main owner of the organization. TSM teams compete in the Riot games League of Legends and Valorant, among others. For this purpose, the organization has players under contract in most important e-sports disciplines.
