Right after the first matchday of the Overwatch League, Paris Eternal dismissed last season's top performer, Nikolai "Naga" Dereli.

"It was her decision," Naga wrote on Twitter after the breakup was made official. Former coach Zouheir "GetAmazed" Baba also clearly criticized the decision of the new leadership: "To be fired after two matches, after flying to another country, after each team has put together its squad and there is almost no chance to join another team.»

Already in the match against Toronto Defiant, Paris replaced Naga with Cameron "wub" Johnson, but clearly lost the match with a score of 0:3. Canadian emir "Kaan" Okumus and his team have not won a match this season yet.

The second Canadian OWL professional Hadi Daniel "Hadi" Bleinagel, on the other hand, is successful with London Spitfire. With the victory against Boston Uprising (3:1), the team secured its second victory. San Francisco Shock are unbeaten at the top of the table after four wins.
