With a 3-0 victory against the favorite Houston Outlaws, London Spitfire has secured important qualification points for the next tournament of the Overwatch League.

"We had fun today and kept winning," London's James "Backbone" O'Neill said after the win. The league's analysts praised the Briton's performance and voted him the best player of the match.

The Canadian newcomer Emir "Kaan" Okumus did not come to the train. "I didn't know how nerve-wracking it is to watch instead of playing by myself," the 21-year-old wrote on Twitter.

After four wins in a row, San Francisco Shock and Dallas Fuel qualified ahead of schedule for the last tournament of the season. Kaan's former team Paris Eternal also failed to score with the new squad and lost to Atlanta Reign with a score of 0:3.
