Hamburger SV leads North-West table in FIFA VBL

After the sixth matchday of the Virtual Bundesliga Club Championship, Hamburger SV played their way to the top of the table of the North-West Division with a one-point advantage. With three wins against Holstein Kiel (2:0; 2;1; 4:1) the club secured nine points from the Hanseatic city.

In the first featured match of the week, Borussia Mönchengladbach and 1. FC Köln met in the Rhine Derby. The foals prevailed against the goats from the cathedral city (2:0; 1:1; 0:0). The Kölners are still having a hard time in their VBL debut, with 21 points, the club is only in the middle of the table.

The Cologne player Tim "StrxngeR" Katnawatos was visibly disappointed in the interview after the derby and was annoyed about slow servers: "Every evening game is with me with delay, I have really big problems to cope with this year," said Strxnger. "I had good spots where I played my way into the penalty area, but it's not so easy to turn around then.»

Surprise victory of Hertha BSC Berlin

In the South-East division, Hertha BSC Berlin caused a surprise. The previous last in the table won all matches against SV Darmstadt (4:1; 2:1; 2:0). Darmstadt went into the match as the leader of the table as the favorite.

With this, the Berliners ensured proper movement at both ends of the tableau. RB Leipzig took the opportunity and took over the top of the table.
