G2 Esports is unstoppable: the defending champion of the League of Legends League LEC is in the final after a one-sided 3:0 against Rogue and proves his claim to the championship.

"We went into the series very confident. We have won the last five games in a row against Rogue,“ G2 head coach Dylan Falco said in an interview after the game. "We had a plan to put them in uncomfortable situations. It turned out as we expected.“

With only one win separating the teams in the regular season, one or the other might have expected a competitive series in the Upper Bracket final. But G2 proved its strength in the playoffs: already in the first game, Rogue faced an early deficit, which G2 played out for the lead in just 29 minutes.
