Both teams from the EMEA region have survived the group stage at the Valorant Masters in Copenhagen and are advancing to the knockout round of the international tournament.

In the Group A decision game, FunPlus Phoenix celebrated a 2-0 success against the Japanese team Northeption. In the playoffs, Fnatic, which was already ranked as the best team in the EMEA region, which also includes Europe, is waiting.

FPX pro Kyrylo "ANGE1" Karasov tweeted about a win in special conditions: "This was a difficult group stage, considering the situation we are in." FPX joins Mathias "SEIDER" Seider as a loan player, as the Russian Dmitry "SUYGETSU" Ilyushin could not arrive due to visa problems.

Also in the playoffs is Guild Esports. Already on Tuesday, the British organization prevailed against Krü Esports. The next opponent is Paper Rex from Singapore.

Also against the Argentine e-sports organization of Krü, OpTic Gaming secured a place in the quarterfinals. Here the winner of the Masters Reykjavik will compete in the North American duel on XSET.
