Pure drama in the Lower bracket quarterfinals of the Valorant Masters: Fnatic and Leviatán played four times in extra time for the victory, the team from Great Britain could cheer at the end.

By a 17:15 success on the decisive third map Bind, the e-athletes of Fnatic secured the 2:1 victory against the best Latin American Valorant team in Copenhagen. This moves the team to the semi-finals in the Lower Bracket. Here on Friday, as in the quarterfinals of the Upper Bracket, the European duel with FunPlus Phoenix (FPX) will take place.

After FPX had lost the first playoff duel against the Challengers winner of the EMEA region, the team won the Lower Bracket with victories against Guild Esports (2:1) and the Korean team of DRX (2:0) and now the chance for revenge.

While the European teams initially only play for a place in the final of the Lower Bracket, the pros from OpTic Gaming from the USA and Paper Rex from Indonesia are already competing for a place in the final. The loser of this match is also an opponent for the winner of the European duel on the way to the tournament final.
