The World Championship in Valorant, called the Champions, started in Berlin without any big surprises. The British e-sports organization Fnatic has competed in the top duel with Cloud9 with 2:1 (13:11; 11:13; 14:12) enforced.
Next opponent of Fnatic is the South Korean team of Vision Strikers, which started with a clear 2:0 victory (13:5; 13:5) against Full Sence from Thailand.
Not an easy task, but one that Fnatic professional Nikita "Derke" Sirmitev is definitely looking forward to: "They are individually good and have good strategies. They are a bit like us. It's going to be exciting," he said on the livestream of the tournament.
