The next phase of the e-sports scene in Valorant has begun: with Mouz, among other things, the official regionalliga for the German-speaking world, called "VRL DACH: Evolution", has now started.

The "Regional Leagues" supported by developer Riot Games serve as the second game class. Teams can now only advance to the European Challengers tournaments through these. There is no longer a direct open qualification.

With Mouz, the biggest name is an organization known mainly from Counter-Strike, which signed a Valorant team around ex-liquid player James "Kryptix" Affleck before the start. Against Fokus Clan, the team won a close exchange of blows with 2:0 (13:6; 14:12) and celebrated a successful debut.

In the first series of the day, CGN Esports and Dsyre parted ways with 1:1 (11:13; 13:6). "I'm a little disappointed. It should have been a 2-0, but if you constantly make stupid mistakes, a team like Dsyre wins the card," CGN esports coach Sebastian Kruft wrote on Twitter.
