LUGAS is a transnational central file that is intended to monitor the deposits of gamblers across all providers. All gambling providers who want to legally offer online poker and virtual slot games in Canada, just like all other gambling companies, such as lottery companies or sports betting providers, must connect to the LUGAS system. Corresponding applications for a test and live access can be found in the download area of the state administration Office in Halle.
With the new state treaty on gambling, it was stipulated that gamblers are not allowed to spend more than $ 1,000 per month on gambling in total, across all offers.
